I joined BV projects as the Mechanical and Electrical project manager and clerk of works on a new high end development of luxury town houses, villas and apartments

my duties are to project manage the installation of all M&E disciplines from ground works to handover, and to also take on the role of clerk of works to ensure all sub contractors are adhering to the architects and engineers drawings and relevant British and local standards

I joined Ramboll Ltd at the request of the Montagu Group Development company to oversee large high end residential developments in Gibraltar, i was also kept on after construction to oversee the defect liability periods and be the bridge between purchaser and contractor to ensure a smooth process of hand over to the clients.

I am a member of the Institute of clerk of works and construction inspectorate (MICWCI)

I have worked on many high end residential projects in Gibraltar with many different main contractors from Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom and have been able to build good relationships with all that i have worked with.

My people skills have also led on to the developer keeping me on after completion of construction works to ensure a smooth hand over to the purchasers. I have been tasked with role of looking into any building defects and or installation defects that have been reported by either the clerk of works team or the purchasers themselves and ensuring that the contractor carries out any modifications or repairs as necessary.
