I am currently employed in the Scandinavian customer service sector under Entain, where I play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to a diverse clientele. One of the key skills I have developed in this role is multitasking, as I routinely handle inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction while simultaneously engaging with up to three clients at the same time. This role has also improved my ability to speak, read, and write in Danish, while also being able to learn and improve my understanding of the Swedish language.

As a sales assistant, my primary responsibility was to assist clients and promote sales. In addition to this, I also participated in general work around the shop, including setting up for events, making deliveries, cleaning, and performing maintenance tasks. I would deal with up to 50 customers per day and manage to increase overall amount of sales while working here. This job has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about wine, and I have developed a keen interest in pursuing wine courses to further expand my expertise.

During my time at the bar, I was responsible for various tasks such as cleaning and washing glasses in the back washroom, as well as taking orders and serving drinks and food to customers during the day. By the time of my departure, I had become a fully qualified cocktail bartender, creating all the artistically crafted drinks for all customers. This job has taught me valuable communication skills, and I've learned how much customers appreciate politeness and a positive attitude. Additionally, I've gained experience working in stressful environments, dealing with stressed staff and inebriated customers, and I've learned how to remain composed and professional in such situations.

I take great pride in my role as head lifeguard on the beaches of Gibraltar each summer, I was part of this team for 5 years. As head lifeguard, I am responsible for organizing and maintaining strict rotation throughout 8-10 hour shift, while making adjustments as needed. This role has taught me valuable leadership skills, and I have learned that leading by example and taking action when necessary is most effective way to manage a team. Over the years, I have successfully coordinated multiple rescues with my coworkers in high-stress environments, and I have learned from my mistakes to become a better person and team player. This job requires teamwork, confidence, leadership, and adaptability, and I am proud to say that I have developed and sharpened these skills through my experience as head lifeguard.
