Therapeutic Counsellor

  • Lead Counsellor Role:
  • Deputised for the Head of Service during periods of leave, including attendance at Senior Management meetings, updating and preparation of relevant reports/information and responding to Parliament Questions.
  • Supervisory Duties of staff members. Currently, this includes providing regular 1:1 supervision and facilitating peer supervision for DARS counsellors, as well as providing ongoing case management oversight.
