- Main responsibilities consist of reviewing a large portfolio of companies/trusts on a monthly/yearly basis depending on their risk rating.
- Carrying out Passport Checks & Google checks on existing & potential new clients.
- Create Risk Assessments for new companies & individuals which will be dependant on Geographical Risk, Interface Risk, Client Risk & Product Risk.
- Amend Risk Assessments on existing clients when either the Product Risk or Client Risk has changed for the company/trust.
- Prepare a Compliance Dashboard every month which will display, Companies Reviewed, Entities On-boarded, Entities Released & AML/KYC Training undertaken.
- Submit digital UBO extracts to the UBO register for new companies & existing companies that have been restructured.
- Prepare Structure Charts for companies when needed.
- Ensuring due diligence & SOF/SOW for each company/individual is up to date.
- Emailing & Assisting clients in providing up to date documents.
- Assist in preparing Compliance Reports.
- Assist in onboarding clients for Triay Lawyers LTD ensuring due diligence received fall within scope of Proceeds of Crime Act 2015 (POCA), depending whether the matter is Relevant Financial Business or not.
- Create Risk Assessments for new clients of the law firm (Individuals & Companies), which will entail a brief summary of the client, KYC obtained, SOF/SOW & the scope of work the lawyer will carry out.
